What did you do this week?

Currently, I am behind schedule! This week I finished the team charter and completed the lean canvas for our upcoming game, Alien Infiltration: IV. Furthermore, I researched marketing strategies for two indie games (Ultimate Chicken Horse & Toto Temple Deluxe).

What could you have done differently?

I could have researched more into publishing for other platforms, such as Xbox and PlayStation. Currently, my lean canvas is targeting a Steam PC release, but I wonder if releasing on one platform will suffice.

What did you learn by doing the challenge activity and has any thoughts changed since?

I feel like the lean canvas can be as detailed as you want it to be. Although, I believe it helps to flesh out the idea. I may still go back and add other platforms for release.

Did you encounter any obstacles and if so, how did you overcome them?

Unfortunately, I have not kept pace with my peers. I now face busy weeks ahead to catch up! I plan to delve into Unity during week three to contribute my part.
